MINI Wheels of Joy - ​Terms and Conditions ​
 

1. By entering this raffle, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Any raffle entry and participation instructions form part of these Terms & Conditions. Any entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions will be deemed invalid.
2. This raffle is open only to UAE residents aged 25 years or over who hold a valid UAE driving licence. Any participant found to be under the age of 25 will automatically forfeit any prize. AGMC reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and a valid UAE driving licence.
3. The winning entry will be selected from all eligible entries received before the closing date, and the prize will be awarded to the winner.
4. The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and no cash alternative will be offered. The individual whose name is registered for the draw will be the only person entitled to claim the prize. The prize, consisting of a MINI Cooper S 3 Door on a complimentary six-month lease, is subject to AGMC's standard lease agreement. The winner must sign the applicable lease agreement and comply with all associated terms and conditions before the vehicle is released. The lease is also subject to the applicable Budget Rent a Car Terms & Conditions, available at: https://www.budget-uae.com/en/terms-and-conditions.
5. Employees of AGMC and any organisation directly involved in the administration or operation of this competition are not eligible to participate.
6. The competition will run from 15 July 2026 until 15 September 2026. The winner will be notified on the draw date.
7. AGMC reserves the right to reject any entry and/or award the prize to an alternative winner if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a participant has breached these Terms & Conditions.
8. If the prize cannot be delivered within 90 days of the draw date using the contact details provided by the winner, the prize will be forfeited.
9. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude AGMC's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

By entering this raffle, participants acknowledge and consent to AGMC collecting, storing, and processing their personal information for the purposes of administering the competition, contacting winners, and conducting marketing and customer relationship management activities. Participants' personal data may also be shared and used across AGMC's affiliated brands and businesses to provide relevant products, services, offers, and communications, in accordance with AGMC's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

1. The prize category for the draw is as follows:
    
   • Grand Prize – Match Three out of Five MINI Models - The winner will be the participant who correctly matches three out of the five MINI models, in any order, selected during the live draw.
      
2. If more than one participant matches the winning selection, the participant whose entry was submitted first, based on the recorded timestamp, will be declared the winner. 

1. Grand Prize – MINI Cooper S 3 Door on a complimentary 6-month lease, with a maximum mileage allowance of 15,000 km. The prize is subject to AGMC's standard lease agreement and the applicable Budget Rent a Car Terms & Conditions available at https://www.budget-uae.com/en/terms-and-conditions.
